When we first moved here we found an old twin headboard and footboard out on the curb... NO we weren't dumpster diving and we didn't steal it {on the curb = freebie.} We had seen them made into benches and thought it would be fun to give it a go. Jared got right to it and whipped it up the next day {it was that or help me unpack, hmmm, tough choice.} Well it took me 9 months** to get it painted but it is finally done.
TaDA!

We got all the kinks worked out so if we ever find another one we will really know what to do...Super Fun!
**Although I do have a nack for unfinished projects, this time it wasn't my fault. I had to wait until I was no longer pregnant (at the request of Dr. Robbins) and until it was warm enough... after all I do live in Wisconsin.
